Empowering Families Through Science-Backed Insights
Earlier Insights Into Autism Risk
Uncertainty around your child's development can feel overwhelming. NeuroQure offers biology-based, science-backed autism risk insights that help families and clinicians better understand development earlier—so you’re not navigating the waiting alone.
- Earlier Information – Biology-based information available in infancy
- Insight, Not Labels – ASD Insight™ is not a diagnosis and does not define outcomes
- Actionable Insights – Helps families and clinicians decide when closer monitoring or follow-up may be helpful

Why are early insights into autism risk important?
Most autism evaluations rely on observed behaviors that often can’t be reliably assessed until 18–24 months or later. By identifying risk factors early, families can improve access to resources and interventions that support development and learning. ASD Insight™ makes it easier to take that important first step toward informed planning and care.
Early insights can help families
Intervene earlier
Early intervention may include developmental monitoring, speech therapy, occupational therapy and behavioral interventions.
Feel more informed
ASD Insight™ helps set parents and families on a more informed path forward by providing objective, intrinsic biological information that can support earlier awareness, monitoring, and decision-making.
Collaborate with clinicians
ASD Insight™ precedes and complements other screenings by contributing a biological signal that can help guide earlier monitoring strategies and follow-ups.
Autism by the numbers
What does testing for autism risk show?
What is the NeuroQure ASD Insight™ test?
ASD Insight™ is a test that can detect risk for autism in approximately 75% of people who will eventually be diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). This test is performed on cultured fibroblasts obtained from a skin sample. Scientific research has demonstrated that calcium signaling in fibroblasts reflect the signaling patterns in brain neurons, and specific patterns of calcium signaling in fibroblasts have been reliably associated with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) diagnosed by the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule (ADOS).
